Join us for the dynamic and interactive “Collaborative Communication” team program which runs over 3 months and includes: a one

-day workshop (face-to-face); a

group coaching session (virtual); and a group

mastermind session (virtual).

Details of the program

  • A dynamic and interactive workshop covering key enablers, tools and a practical methodology for effective communication between individuals and teams.

    Key themes include:

    • The importance of communication and the barriers preventing it.

    • The 12-key dimensions to boost communication.

    • Practical immersion playing the-2 Sides IN 2 Minutes game.

    • A space to practice skills and gain feedback in real time.

    • An action plan to embed lessons.

  • An interactive 90-minute (virtual) session one month after the one-day workshop that builds momentum and a cadence of accountability.

    The session will be built on current objectives and topics that serve the group and will be a forum to check in and share progress, lessons and challenges as well as provide a forum for open Q&A.

    The group coaching sessions serves two purposes:

    • A group check in to ensure momentum and accountability of actions.

    • A forum to deep dive into additional topics to bolster program themes.

    This forum promotes sharing of learnings and actions implemented post workshop and open Q&A to promote further learning and collaboration.

  • A 90-minute (virtual) session that creates an environment where the group come together to share and discuss challenges and opportunities.

    The group will provide questions and insights to the topic being discussed under set timelines, to create contribution, new ideas and a rhythm to come to a solution quickly.

    It provokes and initiates new ways of thinking and working, sharing ideas, and is a dynamic way to problem solve whilst utilising the richness of the group and sharing of lessons thus far.

    The mastermind will take place one month after the Group Coaching session, where individuals will have the opportunity to share and gain feedback from the group on:

    • An idea.

    • An opportunity.

    • A challenge.

    • A skills focus area.

Shelley and Renée have been passionately educating leaders and teams the art of communication for over 25 years combined. This program is an accumulation of their experience and thinking across 35 industries with leaders and teams at all levels.
